Cachar Congress celebrates party's victory in hindi belt.
Congress victory in the three Hindi Heart land states - Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chattisgarh has bought the much needed respite to its embattled president Rahul Gandhi.
Post Gujarat Assembly elections, Tuesday's verdict has bought cheers to the faces of Congress Workers and in sync with the rest of party units, Cachar Congress also celebrated the Victory in Silchar with elan Today.
The Victory in these 3 Hindi Heartland States means a lot for the grand old party because these three states send 65 MPs to Lok Sabha. In 2014, Congress was Decimated in the Hindi Belt and today's victory will surely boost the morale of party's worker.
The local party's office Bearers were seen distributing sweets amongst the party leaders. " We are extremely happy today. We have stormed back power in Madhya Pradesh after a gap of 15 years. We have Decimated BJP in Chattisgarh. We have also out smarted BJP in Rajasthan. This reflects the mood of nation, Come 2019, Congress will perform even better," said Sanjeev Roy, secretary, Cachar Congress.
However, in the midst of these grand celebrations, Congress has lost his lone NorthEastern State Mizoram to MNF. In short, Congress has been wiped out by this regional party in this tiny North Eastern State.
