Dhaga celebrates janmastami by Distributing food to the needy.
SILCHAR : Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna is celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm in India. Dhaga also celebrated this auspicious occasion by helping the poor & needy people of silchar city, who couldn't get good & healthy food.
Dhaga in collaboration with Northeast India Company served Rice Pudding at Tulapatti near Shyamsundar Akhra on this auspicious occasion of Janmastami, 24th August 2019, Saturday at around 2pm. More than 1500 pedestrian & other needy people happily accepted the food & ate with great pleasure. Happiness could be seen in their face. There are many people who can't afford 1time meal in a day. It was of great pleasure to see happiness in their eyes. Team Dhaga also arranged drinking water for them. Drinking water is must. In this scorching heat people get dehydrated easily.
All the members of Dhaga were present at this occasion of sharing love.
At the end President of Dhaga, Pritam Roy said that team Dhaga is delightful by seeing happiness in the eyes of each & every people. It's their Moto to bring happiness in the life of every person of silchar city irrespective of colour, race, religion, status etc. They will always stand by the beautiful city whenever the city needed. Youths are the future of health India. So these youths will take care of each & every problems of the society. He also said that they are thankful to Northeast India Company & Bajrang Dal for being by their side at every turn. By wishing everyone's good health & prosperous life he ended his short speech & the program as well.
