Silchar boy Deep bags National Record ; Fastest Push ups while holding in hands
SILCHAR : Anyone can be frail & meek , but what makes one achiever is when they make up there mind to not to just stand up & fight against this week body, but also win over it. And that is exactly what Silchar's Deep did.
Pushups are so ubiquitous that it's hard to believe some people find them impossible. However, many people struggle with this strength move.
While a Silchar Boy Named Deep Dey Kanungo, resident of Rangirkhari, Silchar set a National Record for the fastest Push-ups while holding bulbs or eggs in his hands. He can do 60 Push-ups in 1 minute.
Kanungo's effort of trying something different has taken him to Assam Book of Records for his appreciable talent. Assam Book of Record (ABR) appreciated Deep & honoured him with a National Certificate.
